We have been informed that there are other sporting events that are scheduled on the Sunday of the Wisconsin Ice Tryouts and All Call on October 8, 2017, that potential Wisconsin Ice players have previously committed that will make it impossible to attend the October 8, events. A make-up session for Tryouts for the 13s & 14s age levels is scheduled for Monday, October 9, 2017, from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm in the Stevens Point Recreation Center gym/Boys & Girls Club gym located at 2442 Sims Avenue, Stevens Point 54481, just to the north of the PJ Jacobs Junior High School parking lot.
Those potential players that are unable to attend the Tryouts for the 13s & 14s age levels and the All Call for the Chips and Shavings programs that are scheduled for October 8, 2017, must still complete the registration paperwork and pay the registration fee as if they were attending the session on October 8, 2017. A note must be included with your registration forms advising us that you are unable to attend the October 8, events and that you will attend the make-up Tryouts session on October 9, 2017, if you would like to try out for the 13s or 14s programs.
We recommend that every player that is interested in participating in the Chips and Shavings programs this season attend the All Call session on October 8, unless it is impossible due to prior commitments. Please be aware that if you do not attend the All Call, you must still complete and mail in the registration forms for the All Call along with the fee so that it arrives in the mail before the All Call on October 8. Please be sure to include a note stating that your child is unable to attend the All Call so that we can still plan for their participation this season accordingly.
The registration forms and directions are available here.
