Wisconsin Ice 16 Purple player Megan Shulfer and her mom, Liane, spent precious summer days spreading the love of volleyball to orphans in Peru. As part of a mission trip with the LaCrosse Diocese, the mother-daughter team dug holes for future construction and played one of the Peruvians favorite sports, volleyball. Megan thought ahead enough to take her previous year’s volleyball uniforms and gifted them to the orphans. “We wanted to give them something to remember us by”, Liane commented. “It was an awesome experience!”Megan Shulfer passing volleyball with kids in Peru
